1. PARTIES & ACCEPTANCE

This agreement is between MetaMorphz and the user. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this agreement and have no responsibility for the app or its content. Use of DreamInterpreter confirms acceptance of these terms.

2. THE LICENSE

MetaMorphz grants a non-transferable license to use DreamInterpreter on any Apple or Android device the user owns or controls.

• Prohibitions: Users may not copy, decompile, or reverse engineer the app.

• Family Sharing: This license allows use via Apple’s Family Sharing or Google’s Family Library where applicable.

3. AI & ENTERTAINMENT DISCLAIMER

DreamInterpreter uses OpenAI to interpret dreams.

• Not Advice: Interpretations are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not medical, psychological, or professional advice.

• No Accuracy Guarantee: AI technology can be inaccurate. MetaMorphz is not responsible for any misleading or incorrect interpretations.

• Assumption of Risk: The user assumes all risk for how they interpret or act upon the AI-generated results.

4. MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT

MetaMorphz is solely responsible for providing app maintenance and support. Apple and Google have no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for DreamInterpreter.

5. WARRANTY & REFUNDS

The app is provided "as is." In the event the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, the user may notify Apple or Google for a refund of the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple and Google have no other warranty obligations.

6. PRODUCT CLAIMS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

MetaMorphz, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal non-compliance, or intellectual property infringement.

7. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

The user represents and warrants that they are not located in a U.S. government-embargoed country and are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

8. THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARY

Apple and Google, and their subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement. Upon the user's acceptance, Apple and Google have the right to enforce this agreement against the user.
